PEDAL PLANE · US-EAST-LEG-1CAPACITY: HIRING

Humans are part of the system boundary.

Measure the full system

Every workload begins with a person, a bicycle and a measurable amount of carbohydrate.

Design for biological constraints

Fatigue, hydration, sleep and morale are treated as production dependencies.

Attribute every watt

Electrical output is monitored from individual rider station through regional delivery.

Compensation, measured consistently.

All roles are compensated hourly. Infrastructure capacity is measured over time, and our labor model uses the same unit. Pay is determined by level, specialization, regional market and proximity to active biological infrastructure.
